Blueface Arrested After Allegedly Ignoring Commands During Santa Clarita Gun Report
Blueface was arrested and booked on October 19, 2026, after allegedly ignoring commands during a police response to a gun report at a business on Magic Mountain Parkway in Santa Clarita. Police responded to the October 19 call based on a report of a man with a gun. The incident occurred while Blueface was live streaming on Kick.
Authorities determined that the incident stemmed from a bogus swatting call. A swatting call involves making a false emergency report to dispatch police or other emergency responders to a specific location.
Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office detained Blueface and several others after responding to the call. Video of the encounter shows Blueface and several of his friends dressed in Halloween costumes resembling superheroes. The group reportedly told deputies from the outset that they were not carrying weapons.
Blueface allegedly refused to follow the commands of the deputies, which led to his arrest. The local sheriff’s watch commander stated that deputies held one person who did not obey their commands. The watch commander also stated that deputies suspected that person had delayed or blocked their work, which is a misdemeanor.
Deputies found no man with a gun at the scene of the October 19 incident. KTLA identified Blueface as the person detained based on a post from local outlet What’s Up SCV. The watch commander could not confirm the person’s name.
Blueface previously served time in connection with a 2022 shooting outside a Las Vegas strip club. He remains on probation.
On August 23, 2026, deputies went to King of Crab on Bouquet Canyon Road after a report of a shooting. Deputies detained Blueface and then released him after determining no crime occurred.
Whether Blueface’s Monday arrest leads to additional consequences remains to be seen.
